Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations, Mount Nebo Hillside Reserve has unfortunately had no option but to introduce a penalty for cancellations. 

The penalty will be charged at the discretion of Management and may be waivered in special circumstances. 

0-2 days before arrival date: 100% of cost. 

3-7 days before arrival date: 100% of cost. 

8-14 days before arrival date: 50% of deposit.

15-28 days before arrival date: 25% of deposit. 

28+ Days of arrival date: 5% of deposit. 

*NO CHARGE WILL BE PAYABLE IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERRED TO A NEW DATE. 

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS.
